DEPOSIT: A minimum deposit of 1/3 of the total bill is required at the time the contract is signed.
CONFIRMATION: Confirmation of a booking must be made within 7 days of the original reservation. The Management of Wide Open Cattle Company Catering reserves the right to cancel the booking and allocate the time to another client if confirmation is not received.
FINAL NUMBERS: The Client has the right to reduce the contract's headcount by ten percent (10%) Five days prior to the event if needed. Otherwise the contract amount will be the minimum amount of guests guaranteed by the client. Once the contact is signed the 1/3 deposit will be considered non-refundable.
PRICE: Prices are subject to change but are firm from payment of a deposit for a period of 12 months.
MENU: Details must be finalized at least 15 days prior to the function so that our chefs can assure the quality and availability of food.
CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation Wide Open Cattle Company Catering will refund any and all amounts with the exception of 1/3 of the total contract.
CLEANING: General cleaning is included in the cost of the function. If cleaning requirements following your function are judged to be excessive, additional cleaning charges will be incurred.
